Mothers Day 2016

Take us home to meet Mum on Mother's Day! Avoid waiting for a table by pre-ordering a packaged High Tea and taking it home to her for a picnic or a lovely morning/afternoon tea! We also sell our speciality teas for $10 per pack, for brews that perfectly compliment our High Teas!
High Teas will be ready to pick up on Sunday, May 8th at 9:30 am, and orders must be made in advance.

Culinary workshop with Chef Alban Badet Saturday 30 April

Chef Alban Badet will be bringing his classical expertise and enthusiasm to Bowral, hosting culinary workshops at Your Vintage Occasion at Dirty Janes. Born in Brittany, Alban has spent the last decade in Sydney where he has worked alongside celebrity chef Manu Fieldel, in his restaurant L'etoile and also as co-author of the book My French Kitchen.

The Duck A L'Orange Ravioli culinary workshop will be held on Saturday 30th April from 5.45pm and cost $120pp.

L'art de la Pastry workshops

Chef Alban Badet will be bringing his classical expertise and enthusiasm to Bowral, hosting culinary workshops at Your Vintage Occasion at Dirty Janes.

You'll be inspired by Alban's recipes and tricks of the trade as you enjoy an interactive cooking experience that will leave you with new skills and confidence to recreate his delicious creations.

Born in Brittany, Alban has spent the last decade in Sydney where he has worked alongside celebrity chef Manu Fieldel, in his restaurant L'etoile and also as co-author of the book My French Kitchen.

L'art de la Pastry workshops will be held on Wednesday 4th November and Thursday 5 November 6pm - 9pm and cost $110pp.
