Culinary workshop with Chef Alban Badet Saturday 30 April

Chef Alban Badet will be bringing his classical expertise and enthusiasm to Bowral, hosting culinary workshops at Your Vintage Occasion at Dirty Janes. Born in Brittany, Alban has spent the last decade in Sydney where he has worked alongside celebrity chef Manu Fieldel, in his restaurant L'etoile and also as co-author of the book My French Kitchen.

The Duck A L'Orange Ravioli culinary workshop will be held on Saturday 30th April from 5.45pm and cost $120pp.
