Chef Alban Badet will be bringing his classical expertise and enthusiasm to Bowral, hosting culinary workshops at Your Vintage Occasion at Dirty Janes.
You'll be inspired by Alban's recipes and tricks of the trade as you enjoy an interactive cooking experience that will leave you with new skills and confidence to recreate his delicious creations.
Born in Brittany, Alban has spent the last decade in Sydney where he has worked alongside celebrity chef Manu Fieldel, in his restaurant L'etoile and also as co-author of the book My French Kitchen.
L'art de la Pastry workshops will be held on Wednesday 4th November and Thursday 5 November 6pm - 9pm and cost $110pp.
