Booking for hiring and catering
A security bond of 30% of the total hire charge is required. Your bond will be refundable within two days of the collection of hired items, unless any charges incur for missing or damaged items.
Once your bond is received along with your booking form and signed terms & conditions form, your booking will be confirmed in writing. Finalised numbers for your order are confirmed 5 days prior to the event, at which time the full payment is due.
Cancelled bookings do not incur a penalty if they are made more than 5 days prior to your event. Bookings cancelled after the final payment has been processed are not refundable.
Washing up of our unique vintage pieces by us is included in the hiring fee but all items should be returned without remnants of food or beverages and packed with care into our boxes.
We’re based in the Southern Highlands so delivery and collection within this area is free. For all other areas, please contact us for a quote.
